A Red Carpet Affair to Remember, Cartier celebrates the launch of its new Melbourne Address

Thursday February 2nd: Cartier Maison hosted a glittering red carpet event in the Grand Lobby of 101 Collins Street last night to celebrate the unveiling of its new Melbourne address.

The highly anticipated event attracted VIPs, celebrities and media personalities, including Melbourne Lord Mayor Robert Doyle, Mel B and her husband Stephen Belafonte and Model Rachael Finch.

Also in attendance were Actresses Carla Bonner and Kimberley Davies, TV presenters Natalie Garonzi and Natalie Hunter and Fashion Designers Yeojin Bae, Richard Nylon, Toni Maticevski, J’Aton.

Dressed to impress in the brand’s iconic red hue, guests arrived to discover the Cartier Maison awash in red lights. Greeting them on sea of red carpet was an explosion of popping flash bulbs at the media wall and 13 Cartier Bell Boys in full regalia.

Suspense built as they drifted through the grand entrance of 101 Collins (next door to the new Cartier Maison) to behold the entire Grand Lobby transformed into a glorious representation of the legendary Cartier red jewellery box.

Inside, red box enclaves with inner walls lined by Cartier’s signature gold border created an intimate party effect while red box lounges hovered over the lobby’s two pools – the perfect space to relax. At the back of the lobby the huge signature red and gold Cartier logo soared above the proceedings
